Nachos

Ingredients

1 package Tortilla Chips
8 oz. Salsa
A few slices of onion

Cheese of your choice

Crushed chilli flakes

Sour cream or guacamole (optional)

Preparation

1. Place tortilla chips on a tray, salsa on top, and scatter a few sliced spring onions. 

2. Grate a good chunk of cheese.

3. Add a pinch of crushed chilli flakes, then place under a hot grill for about 3 minutes to melt the cheese

4. Serve with sour cream or guacamole (optional)
