- 3 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded Oaxaca cheese
- Heat a comal to medium heat.
- Carefully place one tortilla on the comal.
- Evenly spread cheese over the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half.
- Grill on each side for two minutes or until cheese melts completely.
