Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  • 3 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Oaxaca cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat a comal to medium heat.
  2. Carefully place one tortilla on the comal.
  3. Evenly spread cheese over the tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half.
  5. Grill on each side for two minutes or until cheese melts completely.
  6. ¡Remove from the comal and enjoy!
