Pico de gallo
Ingredients:

- cups fresh red tomato, diced in cubes
- 1
- cup white onion, diced in cubes
- 2
- serrano peppers, finely diced (only add one if you’d like the sauce to be less spicy)
- 1/2
- cup cilantro, diced
- Juice of one whole lemon
- 1/2
- teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Transfer to a serving dish, cover with plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
