Pico de gallo

Ingredients:

  • cups fresh red tomato, diced in cubes
  • cup white onion, diced in cubes
  • serrano peppers, finely diced (only add one if you’d like the sauce to be less spicy)
  • 1/2 
    cup cilantro, diced
  • Juice of one whole lemon
  • 1/2 
    teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Transfer to a serving dish, cover with plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
