Chocolate caliente

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 Mexican Chocolate Tablet

Directions:

  1. Combine the evaporated milk, water and chocolate in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot (not boiling) and the chocolate has melted completely (may be some small pieces). 
  3. Remove from heat. Whisk with a wire whisk until lightly frothy. 
  4. Pour into cups and serve immediately.
