- 1 can of Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1 1/2 Mexican Chocolate Tablet
- Combine the evaporated milk, water and chocolate in a medium sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot (not boiling) and the chocolate has melted completely (may be some small pieces).
- Remove from heat. Whisk with a wire whisk until lightly frothy.
- Pour into cups and serve immediately.
