Paloma

Ingredients:

  • Salt, for rim (optional)
  • 2 ½ ounces of tequila
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • Grapefruit soda (like squirt or jarritos), to top
  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice (dip the rim in salt first, if you like). Add tequila and lime juice, then top with grapefruit soda. Stir ingredients together gently. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
