Paloma
Ingredients:
- Salt, for
rim (optional)
- 2 ½ ounces
of tequila
- Squeeze of
lime juice
- Grapefruit
soda (like squirt or jarritos), to top
- Lime wedge,
for garnish
Directions:
- Fill a highball glass with ice (dip the rim in salt first, if you like).
Add tequila and lime juice, then top with grapefruit soda. Stir ingredients
together gently. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
